Wilhelmsen Ships Service appoints Atyp as global media agency partner

The partnership will help Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) scale a performance-driven marketing model across regions and solution areas.

WSS has selected Atyp as its global media agency partner. The collaboration is designed to strengthen WSS’s visibility among decision-makers and translate content momentum into measurable business outcomes across geographies and solution portfolios.

Azim Ul Haq, Head of Global Marketing at WSS, says the choice reflects a need for scale and precision: “We were looking for a partner who could match our global footprint and help us work smarter toward the decision-makers who matter most. Atyp’s strategic approach, content discipline, and performance mindset made the choice clear.”

From Atyp’s side, the focus is on operationalising a model that consistently turns relevance into demand. As Hågen Pettersen, CEO Atyp notes, “We’re excited to support WSS in scaling a consistent, data-informed media model—one that converts relevance and engagement into qualified demand across regions and solutions”.

Together, the teams will coordinate centrally while activating solution-level priorities, aligning with WSS’s lean go-to-market governance and approval processes.
